Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Clearance or sale items.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us – Email or call our team with your order details to initiate a return.
  2. Pack Your Item – Securely package the item to prevent damage in transit.
  3. Send It Back – Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or faulty products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
