Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Custom or special-order items.
- Clearance or sale items.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us – Email or call our team with your order details to initiate a return.
- Pack Your Item – Securely package the item to prevent damage in transit.
- Send It Back – Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds & Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or faulty products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
